Welcome to the
10th Annual Mighty Gobbler!
Time:
Thanksgiving morning, November 28, starting at 8:30 am for the 1 Mile fun run/walk and 9:00 am for the 5K. This is the only USATF certified 5K course in Michigan on Thanksgiving Day, and a great way to start your holiday before the big feast!
Location:
The race will begin at Lutheran Church of the Master, 3333 Coolidge Hwy., in Troy. The course winds through neighborhoods and commercial areas, and is a mixture of roads and sidewalks.
Events:
There will be two events: a 5K Run and a 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk.
Registration:
Register here until Tuesday, November 26 at midnight.
In-person registration is available during packet pickup on Wednesday, November 27 from
4:00 to 7:00 pm at Lutheran Church of the Master, located at 3333 Coolidge, Troy, MI
In-person registration is also available on race day beginning at 7:30 am. If at all possible, plan to register on Wednesday to avoid long lines!
Charity Partners:
Since 2015 the Mighty Gobbler has donated over $65,000 to our community. Proceeds from this year's race will go to Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers, and Micah 6 Community. Canned good donations will be donated to Troy People Concerned,
Thank you to all our runners and sponsors for making 2023 our biggest race ever, with over 1,300 participants and $16,000 raised for charity.
